you're trying to eat "healthy" ✌️

FACT: It doesn't matter how healthy you think you eat. Healthy foods won't get you lean & ripped. It's not about healthy choices.

If you are anything like I used to be, you "try" your best to "eat healthy."

The cost of my coaching program varies because it’s personalized 1-on-1 coaching, not a one-size-fits-all, do-it-yourself program. To determine the price, we first need to discuss your goals, struggles, the level of support you require, and how long you’ll need my assistance to achieve those goals.

My program is NOT just a "diet plan" or a "workout program." It’s a comprehensive framework that teaches you how to get in great shape and maintain those results permanently. Because of this, it’s challenging to communicate the full value of the program through a website or text message. However, I can assure you that my program is an investment in yourself.

Many of my clients find that the cost of the program is comparable to what they used to spend on fast food, alcohol, and convenience eating. They chose to stop those habits and invest in themselves instead—and in many cases, the program has essentially paid for itself.

  Do I need a gym membership?

Yes, you will need a gym membership. My program requires a variety of weightlifting equipment, and the results we aim for cannot be achieved at home using just a table, chair, and body weight.

I’ve been through it all in the last 22 years, from losing 45 pounds as an 11-year-old boy tired of the fat jokes and lacking confidence, to being skinny fat in high school due to starvation diets, too much cardio, and no weight training. I fell in love with weightlifting in my 20s, getting muscular but never lean because of binge eating and drinking on the weekends. I finally achieved a ripped physique in 2013 after quitting alcohol, competing in a physique show, and doing several photoshoots. As a dad of two young boys and a busy entrepreneur, I gained 30 pounds, but I got my life together and got ripped again in my 30s because I realized it’s all about choices, habits, and discipline. There’s only so much a personal training certification can teach you; I earned mine through NASM in 2010, but while 99% of trainers focus solely on their credentials, they often fail to get results for their clients because they lack years of trial and error, emotional understanding, passion, and experience. I’m different because I teach what I’ve personally experienced, and people connect with my story because I’m relatable. I’m not just another trainer who’s been fit their whole life with no story or relatability.

 Will my program include a nutrition plan?

Yes, nutrition is crucial and literally 80% of your results. I'm sure you've heard "you can't outwork a bad diet." You’ll receive a personalized meal plan tailored to your height, weight, age, activity level, and body fat percentage. I’m not the type of coach to give you a complicated recipe guide with lengthy ingredient lists or make you watch videos on counting calories and macros. When you pay a premium price, the guesswork should be eliminated. Instead, you’ll get a DONE FOR YOU, simple, and convenient meal plan, detailing everything from the cup to the gram to the ounce for each food item, so you won’t have to think about anything!

 What does your program teach?

 Can I pay you after I finish the program?

No, I’m afraid not. If you’re not confident enough to invest in yourself, I can’t be confident enough to invest my time, money, and energy in you either. Success requires attention, risk, and sacrifice, and without these elements, I’d be doing you a disservice by setting you up for failure. Just as you wouldn’t buy something, use it for months, and then return it, I can’t offer that option here.

 I've hired other fitness trainers and I didn't see great results. How will I know this will work?

The reason you may not have seen results with other coaches is likely because they lacked personal experience with the challenges you're facing. Many are just certified without having gone through real transformations themselves. I've experienced it all—being overweight, skinny fat, a college athlete, and finally getting built and ripped. Now, I maintain a fit and healthy body while juggling my roles as a husband, father, and business owner. I only accept clients I know I can truly help, and if I believe I can't assist you, I will refer you elsewhere.

 How long until I see results?

It all depends on your starting point and how compliant you are with your meal plan and workout program. Typically, you’ll start noticing changes as early as week 2. In the first week, expect increased energy, mental clarity, and focus. By the end of the first month, if you're following the plan diligently, you should see physical changes in the mirror and in your progress photos. You may also notice changes in how your clothes fit before the month ends, like needing to tighten your belt!

 Do I need to workout 6 days a week for 2 hours a day?

INo, you only need to work out 3-5 times a week for about an hour each session.

 I'm 40, married with kids. Is it really possible to get in shape?

ILet's be real—your age, marital status, and number of kids don’t matter as much as you think. It all comes down to time management and your commitment to this process.

Can you lift weights 3 times a week for an hour?
Can you follow a simple, convenient meal plan and stay disciplined?
Can you do your weekly check-in with me to ensure you're on track?

If you answered yes to all of these, you're in a good position. If not, you've chosen to stay where you are. This is simple: DECIDE. COMMIT. FOCUS. SUCCEED.

 What's the nutritional approach?

IWe keep it easy and efficient. No complicated recipes or calorie tracking. I handle ALL of the heavy lifting, determining what you eat and how much. My clients have options of everyday foods that everyone eats like chicken, turkey, fish, beef, venison, eggs, protein shakes, white rice, brown rice, sweet potatoes, white potatoes, quinoa, oatmeal, bread, fruits, veggies, peanut butter, almond butter, avocado, bacon, turkey bacon, olive oil, avocado oil, coconut oil, etc. 

 What types of food will I be eating?

I provide my clients with lots of options.
PROTEINS: Chicken, beef, turkey, cod, tilapia, shrimp, tuna, protein powder, eggs, venison, etc.
CARBS: Bread, white rice, brown rice, quinoa, oatmeal, raspberries, strawberries, apples, bananas, sweet potatoes, white potatoes, etc.
FATS: Avocado, bacon, turkey bacon, olive oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, almonds, peanuts, cashews, peanut butter, almond butter, etc.

 How many meals per day do I eat per day?

You choose! My clients can opt for 6 smaller meals or 2-3 larger meals per day, depending on their lifestyle.

 I do intermittent fasting. Will that work?

Yes, you can combine your meals to fit your eating window.

 Are there any hidden costs or supplements?

None. The program is transparent, with no extra costs or mandatory supplements. I’ll suggest basic supplements, but they're not required. You will need a weight scale and a food scale, but most people have those already. If not, they’re inexpensive—about $30 or less.

 What's the workout approach?

We focus on traditional weight training with minimal to no cardio. A gym membership or home gym setup is required. We use classic equipment like dumbbells, barbells, cables, and machines—no bodyweight or TRX exercises here!

 What about travel and vacations?

I’ll provide a simple, clear game plan for managing nutrition and workouts while you travel, whether for work or vacation.

 What if I get sick or injured during the program?

If you get sick or injured, I always allow the program to be paused based on the situation and severity.

 Do you work around injuries?

Absolutely. You’ll answer questions about injuries during your onboarding, and I’ll provide alternative exercises to keep you on track while avoiding further injuries.

 Can I drink alcohol on this program?

Yes, you can. While I’m not a fan of alcohol because it doesn’t contribute positively to your health, I’ll share best practices on what types to choose so you can still enjoy social occasions without hindering your progress.

 Is there a lot of cardio?

Most clients do minimal cardio—usually low-impact like walking for 20-30 minutes a day. If you enjoy cardio or are training for events, you can incorporate it as you wish.

 Where can I see client results and reviews?

You can find numerous before-and-after photos along with video testimonials on my social media pages, especially on my Instagram and this website. I understand that skepticism is common due to the many scammers and unethical practices online. That's why I always share video testimonials from clients alongside their results. This way, you can hear their personal experiences and thoughts on the program, making it much more credible. It’s truly inspiring to see my clients share their journeys and speak positively about their transformations!

 How many days a week do I have to workout?

You’ll lift weights 3 to 5 times a week for about an hour each session. We’ll discuss your preferences during the consultation call.

 Can I move around my workout days?

Yes, I make my workout programs so my clients can shift things around for when life happens. For example, if a client is doing a 4 day a week weight lifting program. I don’t care if they do Monday- Thursday one week, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday the next and Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday the next week. I structure the workouts so a client will have recovery time. 

 What happens if I have to eat out or entertain clients?

I have a simple approach to this. We can discuss this on our consultation call.

 What do you mean by "paying to stay fat?"

90% of people who follow my content and hire me are above 25% body fat. I always say, you didn’t get here by pinching your pennies, cutting your coupons and grocery shopping for what’s on sale. 

You got this way most likely because you made CONVENIENCE EATING a lifestyle. You are paying money every single day for things that keep you fat like fast food, dining out, meal delivery, junk food groceries, gas station stops and alcohol. 

When a client joins me, all that stops. They grocery shop, make their own meals and save BIG. There’s a HUGE difference in spending $15 for ONE fast food meal and making your meals, doing the math and realizing they cost $3-$5 each. You have a choice. Keep spending money on the problem, or spend it on the solution. 

 What's a free week?

After every client signs up, I give them the rest of the remaining week to get started. I want them to have time to read through everything, print things out, get to the grocery store and try a workout or two. We officially start next Monday. I like to allow these days so they don’t have any stress or anxiety about starting the program.
